- Slaying is when you live your best life, you try to do what's right, you leave people better off than you found them, you rise higher in alignment with your greatest good, and you share that high-rising energy with others.
- A light is meant to shine for others to see and be relieved of the darkness, relieved of the low-flowing energy that has them bound. People need hope and having hope requires faith, and to feel hope and have faith, it's important to love.
- The three of these are the greatest, most positive energies in all of God's creation. That's the method.
- Slaying positive and following Christ. Following the truth because truth leads to eternal life and eternity.
- There really is no other way to slay everything except by laying down your old life, picking up your cross in Christ, and following the King uP the true path God wants you on.

If you feel lost, confused, depressed, sad, lonely, anxious, tired, exhausted, empty, bullied, hated, ignored, mistreated, abandoned, deceived, weak, sick, ill, mad, angry, unloved, broken, alone, tempted, tested, manipulated, gaslighted, dishonored, lied to, abused, neglected, disrespected, belittled, full of despair, dismayed, restless, betrayed, lessened, numb, cold-hearted, revengeful, jealous, envious, overwhelmed, underappreciated, led astray, humiliated, stuck in a funk, bored, self-loathing, lazy, frozen, lethargic, heavy in energy, imbalanced, unworthy, misunderstood, outcast, exiled, denied, rejected...it's okay. Jesus feels it, too.
